Delivery

Besides the Netherlands, we deliver worldwide to the following COUNTRIES. If you have a special request, please let us know. Contact us by phone or email (see ABOUT US). We will then provide you with an estimate of the shipping costs in advance. Prepayment of the total purchase amount is then a requirement.

Shipping from EUR 100 within the Netherlands is free on Kraakman Parts, otherwise you pay shipping costs, depending on your delivery address and the weight of the package. If you place your order on workdays before 3:30 p.m., you will usually receive the package within the Netherlands the next working day. If you order on Saturday and Sunday, your package will be delivered on Tuesday. For other countries, the delivery time may vary. If we do not have the item in stock, we generally deliver within 7 working days with a regular order. Can't wait that long? Do you need to have the part tomorrow? Then we offer the possibility to place a special urgent order, a so-called "MD order". Additional costs are associated with an MD order. €20 shipping costs plus 10% urgent order surcharge over the entire gross order value. MD orders can be placed by phone on Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. To place an MD order, please contact us by phone. We will then process your order with the highest priority.

You can always see when your package will be delivered to your home during your order.

The moment we ship your order, we will email a shipping notification. It also contains a link to Track & Trace from PostNL or one of our other delivery services, where you can easily track your order.

Returns

Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. This period starts 1 day after delivery. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. We do assume that a product will be returned in good condition (undamaged and complete) in closed original packaging (if reasonably possible). If you return the complete order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount. Costs for the return shipment are for your account. To make use of the right of withdrawal, you can contact us by e-mail. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

In any case, make sure that the return form is included with the shipment. In the event of any damage to the return shipment, Kraakman Parts has the option to charge costs for this.

If you return the entire order, you will receive the shipping costs back. If you keep one or more products, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Do not forget to send the relevant invoice in the box and to state your bank details, so that we can refund the amount to your account. Please also include your e-mail address or telephone number so we are able to contact you if anything is unclear. Mention a new/alternative item number when making an exchange.

Stock:

"Out of stock" means that we do not have it in stock, but we can deliver it to you. This means that the delivery time is 7 working days instead of 2 working days for the Netherlands.

The current stock that we have in our warehouse is stated between brackets for every item in stock.
